Nice, but light flavor profile. Prefer something a little less subtle with stronger caramel and chocolate notes. After a few more cups, and in comparison to the dark roast Guatemalan, I have raised my review to 4 stars … still a light drinking coffee, but I prefer it over the dark Guatemalan.

We enjoyed this coffee which we mostly used for french press and pour over. It was a little more tart than I had hoped it to be. Possibly because of the cherry notes. I was hoping there would be more caramelization or warmth/depth from the brown sugar. We did enjoy the complexity of it though.
