Not sure if it was my technique that is final making good coffee or it was the beans themselves but this was my favorite one so far!

Had a very district funky smell that permeates the nose and causes the taste to be thrown off. I thought the coffee was bad at first and had to brew using different methods to determine it was the coffee itself and not the machine I had just descaled.

Very good, though my own preference is for even more citrus or sharper notes.

Good coffee, just a little too dark flavored for our preference. Would like to try lighter, brighter flavors from this roaster if available. Thanks!
